Scial Internship in Mexico
Dear intern, congratulations for being accepted for a social internship in Mexico this summer.
If you are from one of the countries in the list, you require a VISA to enter to the country, we have to send to your address some documentation for you to apply for the VISA called "VISA DE VISITANTE SIN PERMISO PARA REALIZAR ACTIVIDADES REMUNERADAS" in the nearest Mexican embassy or consulate from your location.
If you are from one of the countries in the list, and you also have a VISA from the United States valid for the period of time that you are going to stay in Mexico, you dont need to apply for a VISA to enter Mexico, please refer to the "GLOBAL CITIZEN" tab and continue there.
Download the following Word files and fill in tha blank gaps, make sure that all of your information is correct.
*Keep in mind that both letters are in spanish and by consequence you have to write some information in spanish.
Please call the nearest mexican embassy or consulate from your location and ask them if for applying to the "VISA DE VISITANTE SIN PERMISO PARA REALIZAR ACTIVIDADES REMUNERADAS" you need the standard set of documents or if they need additional documentation, such as a Letter from your University, a specific paper from AIESEC, etc.

*If you do need an additional information from AIESEC, please notify in the form by checking the "Extra documents box", and specifying the document requested from the mexican authorities. Also tell your mexican host VP.

IMPORTANT: If this is not the internship that you are going to perform in Mexico due to the type of internship (social or professional), or your nationality or your time inside mexican soil, Plase verify and click on the correct tab.
The misusage of this information could affect on your internship process and you wont obtain permission enter the country despite your flight schedules, insurance, or any expenses previosly done by the time of your arrival.

After this, now you have to wait for the documentation that we will send to you, you will recive a notification e-mail with the tracking number from the delivery company as soon as your package departures and other e-mail as soon as it arrives.
Download the following documents, these ones complete the package that you have to present when applying for the "VISA DE VISITANTE SIN PERMISO PARA REALIZAR ACTIVIDADES REMUNERADAS".
Finally, you have to present the documentation in the embassy/consulate.
Previously you have to request an appointment.

During your appointment and interview you must be aware that under NO circumstance you are receiving payment for the activities in Mexico, or is a work. You will receive a stipend given to you by AIESEC, NOT a salary given to you by a company.
